Privacy
This site collects as little as it can. No analytics, no advertising, and no tracking across sites.
Who is responsible
PageRadar is operated by PeerSpots, Lda, which is the data controller. The registered address is Rua Mário Cesariny, Lote 3C 8 7ºD, 1600-313 Lisbon, Portugal.
Questions about this page go to the address at the end of it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it:
- Your name and work email.
- Your company and company website.
- The type of enquiry and your message.
What we record with it
So we know which channel produced an enquiry, we store the campaign, referral or event parameters carried by the link you arrived through, the page you landed on, the page you sent the form from, the site that referred you, your language, and the time you sent it.
We do not store your IP address. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to other sites.
Why we are allowed to
To answer you, and to prepare work you have asked about. Where answering is not itself a step towards a contract, the basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry and in knowing which channel produced it.
If we contacted you first
If a note from us is the first you have heard of PageRadar, you never gave us your details. This section is for you.
We hold your name, your job title, and either a work email address or a link to your public professional profile. Alongside it we hold the company you work for, the public change that made us look (a rebrand, a redesign, a funding round, a new market), a link to where we saw that change, and any note we drafted to you together with whether a person approved it and sent it.
Those details come from:
- The company's own website and its public announcements.
- Public professional profiles, read the way anyone can read them.
- A conversation you had with us at an event, or on LinkedIn.
Why we wrote to you, and how to stop us
The basis is our legitimate interest in offering a professional service to a company we have reason to believe needs it. The subject of the work is the company. We do not build a profile of you, we do not buy contact lists, and we do not follow you around the web. You are in our records because of the role you hold.
You can tell us to stop at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. We will not write to you again. If you would rather nobody at your company heard from us, say so and we will apply it to the whole domain.
To make that stick we keep the email address, or the company domain, on a list of addresses we do not contact. That list exists only to keep this promise, and it is the one thing we do not delete when we delete everything else.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
If you arrive through a campaign or event link, those parameters sit in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that the enquiry you send carries them. They never leave your browser except with an enquiry you choose to send.
Cloudflare, which serves this site, may set a strictly necessary cookie when it has to protect the site from abuse.
Who else can see it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores enquiries in a database located in the European Union.
Web3Forms delivers the notification email to PageRadar.
Nobody else receives your enquiry. It is never sold, and it is never used for advertising.
Inside PageRadar, enquiries and contact details are held in our own internal system. It runs on Cloudflare in the European Union, it is not public, and reaching it requires an identity we have approved in advance.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become work is deleted 24 months after your last contact with us.
An enquiry that becomes an engagement is kept for as long as the engagement runs. The invoices and accounting records that follow from it are kept for as long as Portuguese law requires, which is a separate obligation.
If we approached you and you did not answer, we delete your name, your job title, your email address and your profile link 12 months after the last time we wrote to you. The company stays in our records, along with the fact that we approached it, so nobody here starts the same conversation over from nothing.
The list of addresses we do not contact is the exception. Deleting it would undo the promise it exists to keep, so it stays.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to us holding it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to the address below and we will act on it.
If we approached you and you do not want to hear from us, you can object and we have to stop. That right is absolute: we do not weigh it against anything.
You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese supervisory authority.
Changes
This page carries the date it was last changed. If what we collect changes, that date changes with it.
